A self-proclaimed “Reroxanne millerquirements Super Freak,” Roxanne Miller has consulted on requirements process improvement and business analysis best practices for more than 20 years. Roxanne is an active member of the IIBA® and a Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®). She founded the IIBA Greater Madison Chapter, Wisconsin, USA, and served as president from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, Roxanne helped Wisconsin IIBA chapters unite and launch an annual event, WI BADD® (Wisconsin Business Analyst Development Day;, which is devoted to education, development, and networking opportunities for business analysis professionals.

Roxanne’s book, The Quest for Software Requirements, is a first-of-its-kind reference guide with more than 2,000 suggested elicitation questions and a tested framework to help individuals make their project work more efficiently and effectively. She has been involved in the Information Technology (IT) industry since 1984 and founded Requirements Quest® in 2001. Roxanne earned a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) at the University of Wisconsin—Eau Claire, USA.
